Bin Waste Ltd will not be liable for any claim for damages, losses or expenses relating to the non-delivery or late delivery of any bin.

Bin Waste Ltd will not be liable for any damage done to driveways, overhanging trees or shrubs, gardens etc. Or any overhead services or underground services such as cables and drainage. It is the hirer’s responsibility to make sure there is clear and suitable access to any delivery site. Once delivered the bin and any contents placed inside the bin are the total responsibility of the hirer including any damage that maybe caused to any third party or to any property or person!
